Supported systems

To fully leverage the potential of the Contactlab platform, use a supported and updated browser. You can use the platform with the latest two versions of the most common browsers:

• Apple Safari
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Opera

Additionally, you cannot access the platform (regardless of the browser) using unsupported operating systems such as:

• Windows XP
• Android OS version prior to 3.x

You cannot access the platform using REST APIs from applications that only support the RSA encryption method. This may affect applications using the following libraries:

• Java 6u45 or earlier
• Openssl 0.9.8y or earlier
