Contactlab has updated the platform by introducing new features for managing consent to communication tracking. Customers can now collect and apply the preferences expressed by users, keeping them separate from the choice to receive communications.

Starting from Tuesday, December 2, 2025, we will gradually update the IP_ADDRESS field type in the event_info file exported by the Data Exporter module.
The field type will change from Variable-length string (16) to Variable-length string (255).
