Data retention

The default retention policies applied to data managed by the Contactlab platform involve a data retention period of:

  • 3 months for events originating from or similar to web browsing (such as page views or product views on an e-commerce site).
  • 12 or 13 months for other types of data.

Information related to a customer's profile is instead retained for the entire contractual lifecycle with Contactlab.

In particular, the table below shows the details of the main entities managed by the platform, along with their respective retention periods, expressed in months.

Any different needs will be evaluated, with the support of our experts, during the definition of the project's characteristics.
