Retention policy

Retention policy determine the duration for which event data is archived and maintained.

In line with commercial agreements with brands, you can modify the standard policies available here.

A single retention policy can only be activated, deactivated, or modified by Contactlab. With administrator permissions, you can view the settings defined for each node.

By accessing Settings > Customers > Retention Policy, a table will be displayed showing the list of nodes and their status. Clicking on the desired node will open a read-only tab showing the data retention times for each individual event in the specific node.
