New CDP Feature: automation classification

· 2 min read

Monitoring the effectiveness of Marketing Automation flows is now simpler and more immediate.
A new feature has been introduced to automatically classify automations based on the results generated by their final paths, providing a clear and concise view of overall performance.

A clearer way to read results

It is now possible to assign an evaluation to the closing (END) steps of each flow:

  • Positive
  • Negative
  • Neutral

Automation evaluation selection

This makes it possible to clearly distinguish:

  • Paths that represent a completed goal
  • Undesired outcomes
  • Intermediate-value conclusions

The automation is then automatically classified based on the actual results generated, offering an immediate indication of the overall status of the flow.

Focus on what matters most

The real value of this feature lies in the ability to explicitly define which paths represent a positive outcome according to the defined strategy.

This makes it possible to:

  • Easily monitor conversion-oriented automations
  • Quickly identify the best-performing flows
  • Take action faster on less effective paths
  • View a clear summary of automation status directly from the main list

Immediate insight, without complex analysis

The classification is automatic and dynamic: as contacts move through the flows, the automation status updates in real time, always reflecting actual results.

This means less time spent on manual analysis and complex reports, and more control over Marketing Automation flows.
