Service Disruption Notice – Preventive Security Measures

22/10/2026, 5:00 PM – Service disruption update: partial restoration of services

Following the work carried out, the Send interface is operational again.
The other services previously mentioned (SmartRelay interface, online version, subscription and cancellation forms) remain temporarily unavailable. Checks and activities required to restore them are still in progress.
We will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Following preventive checks related to a potential PHP vulnerability, we have temporarily disabled some exposed services to carry out the necessary security checks.

The services temporarily unavailable are:

  • Send interface
  • SRR (SmartRelay) interface
  • Online Version, subscription and cancellation forms

All other services remain fully operational, including CDP, except for access to Send, APIs, XML Delivery SmartRelay, and email and SMS sending.

At present, there is no evidence of any impact on the services or of a security breach. We are completing the necessary checks and working to restore the affected services as soon as possible.

We will provide an update as soon as further information becomes available.
