During the upcomilng holiday season, Customer Service will be available from Monday to Friday, as usual, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (CET), with exceptions for holidays and pre-holidays:
- Tuesday, December 24: service available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (CET).
- Wednesday, December 25, and Thursday, December 26: service unavailable.
- Tuesday, December 31: service available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (CET).
- Wednesday, January 1: service unavailable.
- Monday, January 6: service unavailable.
