New Base Filter and blacklist management feature
With the January 20 release of the Contactlab CDP, it is now possible to set a base filter to decide which recipients to make available during segmentation.
In essence, you can pre-filter users who are unsubscribed, blacklisted, or have specific conditions that do not match your communications.
Speaking of blacklists, this is also a new feature. It is now possible to exclude such users from selections, as well as to segment based on this type of information.
This is particularly useful if, in addition to managing email campaigns, you handle SMS campaigns or simply want to conduct specific analyses on your database.
All admin users can enable these new options in the "Base Filter" section, making them available to all users.
Keep in mind that if changes are made, it is advisable to review the segments, as the number of available recipients may vary significantly, especially if blacklisted users are included.
Check the feature details on the dedicated manual page.
