Forgotten password

In case of a forgotten password, it can be recovered as follows:

• Go to the login page and click on Did you forget your password.

  

• Choose whether to recover the password by entering the username or the email address and click on Send reset link.

  

• Check the email inbox to see if the system's automated email has been received and click on Password Recovery. The reset link will be valid for 24 hours.

  

• Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Finally, click on Edit.

  

• A screen will appear confirming that the new password has been updated.
