Wrong username or password
When entering an incorrect username or password, attention must be paid to the following conditions:

After 4 consecutive login attempts with incorrect username and/or password, the user will be given a fifth attempt accompanied by a captcha verification.

If an error occurs on the fifth attempt, the account will be temporarily blocked.

After five minutes, the account will be automatically unlocked and the user will have an additional 5 attempts to access the platform. This time is set only for the initial series of 5 access attempts.

If there is an error for another five consecutive attempts, the account will be blocked again. This time, for a longer period.

The procedure as described is repeatable five times, with an incrementally increasing account suspension duration.

After failing the fifth series of five attempts, meaning after a total of 25 attempts, the account will be suspended and can only be reactivated by Customer Service or the company administrator.
The intermediate account suspension times can be reset by Customer Service and the company administrator.
