Monitor

In the Automations > Monitor section, it is possible to check the status of each individual contact present in an automation over the last 30 days, including:

  • A Search by field, where it is possible to select one of the following criteria, if available:

    • Automation ID.
    • Step ID.
    • Contact ID (as defined in the Customers area).
    • Email.
  • A Value field where the search text related to the previous field is entered.

  • A Status field where it is possible to select one of the following criteria:

    • Running: contacts in any step except END.
    • Completed: contacts that have reached the END step or have been removed from the flow.
    • Errors: contacts included in error, not inserted due to duplicates or other issues.
