Contact search
This feature is enabled only when Administrator permissions are granted.
In the Automations > Contact search section, it is possible to identify all automations to which specific contacts belong through a search based on the Customer ID (or CLAB UUID).
The Customer ID can be retrieved from the Customers > Customer list section by selecting the profile of the contact of interest and copying the Customer ID value as shown below:
Then, enter the retrieved value into the appropriate search bar and click Search:
When the search finds a contact, the automations in which the contact is present will appear in the table.
By clicking on the automation of interest, it is possible to access detailed information, which includes, for example:
- Automation UUID.
- Automation name.
- Customer UUID.
- Email (if present).
- Phone number (if present).
- Step UUID.
- Step type.
- Entry date and time into the automation.
- Entry date and time into the step.
- User attributes (if present).
If there is an error in the step, the corresponding error message will be displayed.
Removing a Contact from an Automation
To remove a contact from an automation, proceed as follows:
- Click on the three dots icon and select Remove contact for the identified automation. The Remove Confirmation window will appear.
- Click Confirm to remove the contact or Cancel to abort.
The contact will be removed from the automation, and you will be returned to the Search page.
