Customers summary

In the Customers > customer summary section, a snapshot of the contacts on the platform is displayed, indicating whether they are reachable or not, as well as the acquisition trend.

Customers snapshot​

Ready-to-use insights to understand the contactability status of the customer base for multichannel marketing, cross-channel campaigns, or among many others, database qualification and cleaning activities, or enrichment of the unique profile.

A profile is considered reachable if it has either an email address or a mobile number for SMS.

Acquisition trend​

The ability to aggregate data on a temporal basis - monthly, weekly, daily - to obtain clear, real-time visualizations of acquisition trends and data modification.

It is possible to choose which information, between Added Customers and Acquisition Trend, to display in the chart.
