Events summary

The Customers > events summary section provides an overview of the last month of recorded events for the current node. For each type of event considered, two detailed sections are available:

• Flat data brought to life through a dynamic heatmap that allows you to:

  • Discover trends in the data collected and classified by event type.
  • Highlight moments that have shown the greatest deviations from the average - both upward and downward.
  • Choose what to view in order to take targeted actions.

• A daily distribution chart displaying the number of all events recorded in the last 30 days, categorized by event type. It is possible to choose to display only certain events, and through the inverse function, immediately see the ones that are not active at that moment.

The only exception is context events, for which a heatmap is not available. Instead, a daily distribution chart shows the number of all events recorded in the last 30 days, categorized by source and event type.
