SMS deliveries

From the Communicate > SMS deliveries section you can manage all SMS campaigns.

The deliveries are divided into: Processing, Ready, Recurring, Scheduled, and All.

There is also a search engine that allows you to search deliveries based on various criteria, such as Subject, Filter, SMS Group, etc. Click the Search panel button to perform the search.

Click the Download delivery list button to export the complete list of all deliveries or those resulting from a search.

Processing​

Here are listed the deliveries that are currently being sent from the platform’s server. The progress bar indicates the percentage of SMS sent.

Ready​

Here are listed the deliveries that are awaiting confirmation to be sent.

Clicking on the title/subject leads to the delivery details:

Specifically, you can view the list of recipient users or send a new test. Here, you can also: Deploy now, Depoloy later or Delete campaign.

The actions available on the main screen are: edit headers, immediate send, schedule send, delete:

Change headers​

Clicking on the first icon Change headers allows you to modify the sender’s data and the delivery title:

Deploy now​

Proceed with the immediate sending of the message (an additional confirmation will be asked after clicking).

Deploy later​

Allows you to decide the date and time to send the delivery. The system will send it at the scheduled time.

Delete campaign​

Delete the campaign from the queue.

Recurring​

Here are listed the recurring deliveries. These are deliveries that are set daily or weekly, and the system then automatically sends them. From here, you can activate or deactivate a recurring delivery.

Scheduled​

Here are listed the deliveries that have been scheduled, indicating the date and time the delivery is set to be sent.
