Introduction to configure

The configure section is divided into several subsections:

• User db: In the user db area, you manage the database(s) containing the recipient data. For those managing multiple email groups, it is possible to have a separate database for each group or a single database with different "filters."

• Groups (email/sms/virtual): In this area, you configure group parameters: Linking to the database from which user data is retrieved for sending; The value to set as the email sender (mail from); Any predefined characteristics: subject, content, sending filter; You can generate subscription/unsubscription forms for the group to embed on your website.

• Integrations: Management area for systems integrated with Contactsend.

• Delivery on-demand: Ability to manage and modify the contents of triggered and immediate message deliveries.

• Automation: Ability to manage the tools for Data Exchange, XML Delivery, and Seed Lists.

• Classifications: For managing thematic categories for links and system labels to assign to deliveries.
