Tracking consent reporting

Tracking preference reporting is shared across Send and CDP and provides a list of users who have changed their preferences.

The tracking consent report can be viewed for an individual delivery.

To access it:

  1. select Analyse > Campaign Archive > Bulk deliveries;
  2. select the relevant sending;
  3. open the Sent > Tracking consent tab.

The tab shows the list of users who have granted or revoked tracking consent.

To access the report:

  1. select Analyse > Special reports;
  2. open Subscription/Unsubscription check;
  3. select the Tracking consents tab.

The list of users who have changed their consent can also be downloaded by clicking the corresponding button.

For users with Data Exporter enabled, two new events related to tracking consent management can be exported:

These events are available when consent is managed through Contactlab and the __clt field is present in the database.

To enable the export of these events, the current configuration must be updated. The update can be requested through the Contactlab representative.
