Contacts management

In the Settings > Segments > Contacts management section, users with specific permissions can enter the contact's ID (PK_ID) and search to see if the user is present on the platform.

The user's ID (PK_ID) can be retrieved from the Send user database or from the customer profile in the Customers > Customer List section by searching/selecting the desired profile, then going to Profile. In System Info, retrieve the ID int value.

You can also download the events associated with this customer by clicking the appropriate button.

Finally, it is possible to check which Plan, with the option List Generation: Right now, the customer belongs to and remove it.

Contacst Management

This functionality can be used, for example, when a customer requests a change to their consent preferences.
