Delete events

If you have the appropriate permissions, the Settings > Segments > Delete events page allows you to delete events from the database used by the Segments function and related to the selected category.

warning

Digital Communications events cannot be deleted.
An event deletion action cannot be undone.

Deleting Events​

  1. To delete events, go to Settings > Segments > Delete events and choose an Event category from the drop-down menu.
    Only one category can be selected.
  2. Under Event Type, select one or more types of events.
  3. Under Confirm Event Category, enter exactly the content of the Event Category drop-down.
  4. Under Confirm tenant name, enter the tenant name shown on the page.
  5. Once finished, click Delete. A confirmation window will appear.
  6. Confirm the deletion to proceed. The relevant events will be removed from the database.
