New plan with send contacts to an automation action

In the Plans List > Create section, after filling in the various parameters as indicated in the previous chapter, select the Send Contacts to an Automation action to send the segment's users to a Marketing Automation flow and then click Configure.

Select or search for the desired automation:

Click Select:

Enter any custom fields recovered from the database to personalize the automation:

The Key value must be the same as the one that will be entered in the automation (be mindful of any uppercase or lowercase letters).

Finally, click Save to save the changes.

In the Action step, the previously selected automation and any custom database fields will be displayed:

Decide whether to click Save as Draft to continue working on it later or Save to schedule the plan at the indicated date/time to the selected automation flow.
