Segments list

It is possible to search for, view, or create a segment in Segments > Segment List.
The table displays the name, type (simple or combined), creation date and time, author, and the total number of contacts available in the segment.

Depending on the user's configuration and permissions, clicking on the three dots icon to the right of each segment allows various actions, such as:

• Clone: enables the copying of the segment for modification.
• Delete: deletes the selected segment.
• Associated Schedules: displays the schedules, both regular and recurring, associated with the segment.
• Share a Segment: allows authorized users to share a segment with other Contactlab platforms and view where sharing is already active. This option is available only for environments with a specific setup.

The number of segments displayed per page can be adjusted, with a maximum of 50.
