Consent registry
The record of processing activities is a document governed by Article 30 of the General Data Protection Regulation. It is a necessary tool not only for potential oversight by the Data Protection Authority but also to have an updated overview of ongoing processing activities within a company or a public entity. This document is the responsibility of the Data Controller and is essential for maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive archive of the data processed over time and any modifications made. The log must be in written form, including electronic.
The Changes of the customer’s consent page available within the platform aims to assist the Data Controller in tracking changes in consents exercised by the Data Subject over time. It is visible only to platform users with specific permissions (DPO permissions; for more information, contact Customer Service).
To view the log for each individual profile, proceed as follows:
-
Go to Customers > Customer List.
-
Search for and/or select the contact of interest.
-
Click the DPO Area button.
From here, you can access the Consent Log, a table that tracks every change related to consent modifications or the exercise of the rights to erasure and data portability.
