Virtual groups

A virtual group is a kind of container that gathers all deliveries that meet certain criteria. For example:

• all deliveries sent on Monday;
• all deliveries from the last year;
• all email deliveries belonging to the "automotive" or "leisure" sectors.

You can set up a new virtual group from the Configure > Groups > Virtual Groups section or by saving a search from Analyse > Campaign Archive.

It will be possible to configure a new virtual group by performing a search based on numerous parameters. This tool allows, in the Analyse > Group Analysis > Virtual Groups area, to compare sets of deliveries through parameters different from those of the classic email group.

The maximum limit of configurable virtual groups is 50.

To create a new virtual group, click +Configure a new virtual group.

Through the search engine, it will be possible to set parameters for the configuration of the virtual group. In the example, deliveries from the last month were selected.

Once the desired parameters are selected, click Search, and the system will indicate how many deliveries match the set conditions.

Once the selection is made, you can click View deliveries to see a preview of the selected deliveries and Save this search to save the group by assigning a name and an optional description.

The available groups can then be edited regarding the search criteria for the deliveries, using the edit button.

Once the group is created, you will be able to view its aggregate statistics in the Analyse > Group Analysis > Virtual Groups section.
