SMS campaign statistics

The statistics for SMS campaigns can be viewed in the following sections:

  1. Analyse > Campaign Archive > Bulk Deliveries
  2. Analyse > Special Reports > Company Progress

Analyse > Campaign Archive > Bulk Deliveries​

In the section Analyse > Campaign Archive > Bulk Deliveries, you can analyze the reports for individual SMS campaigns sent. By selecting the campaign of interest, you can analyze the following information:

Summary

This tab shows the summary of the campaign, the SMS that were sent, and the main causes of non-delivery.
Regarding the first table, Sent messages, the following data is displayed:

  • Sent: number of unique messages processed by the platform; this number does not include concatenated messages. It is derived from the sum of Delivered to Network, Not Delivered, and Errors.
  • Delivered to the net: number of messages routed to the aggregator's network without errors.
  • Delivered to the mobile terminal: number of messages for which a delivery notification has been received on the mobile device. Comparable to opens.
  • Bounce: number of messages for which a negative delivery notification has been received (e.g., for an unreachable recipient).
  • Errors: number of messages that ended in error due to being invalid (e.g., presence of spaces, special characters, inserted without international prefix, etc.).
  • SMS Sent: total number of messages processed by the platform, including concatenated ones. This number is net of errors.

The graph on the right shows the main causes of non-delivery.

Sent

This tab shows the details of the messages sent, including sent, delivered, not delivered, and errors. In each individual tab, you can download the detailed report.

Radar

By searching for a specific phone number, the system will display statistics related to that user: whether the message was successfully delivered and if the delivery to the terminal was confirmed.

Compare

Allows you to compare the current delivery with a previous delivery within the same SMS group.

Reports

Here, all reports related to the various tabs are collected, making it easier and quicker to download the reports of interest without the need to enter the specific tab.

Delete

Here you can completely delete the archive of this campaign. Obviously, once the campaign has been deleted from the archive, it will no longer be possible to recover or check the related statistics.

Analyse > Special Reports > Company Progress​

In the section Analyse > Special Reports > Company Progress > SMS tab, you can analyze the progress of SMS campaigns over a given period of time.
A graph showing the monthly trend and a graph with the cumulative trend are displayed.

In the table below, details are shown on:

  • Bulk Messages and Cumulative Bulk Messages
  • API Messages and Cumulative API Messages, related to sends made via Send Immediate and/or SmartRelay.
  • Total Messages and Cumulative Messages.
  • Errors
  • Actual Messages, which is the number of SMS processed net of errors (concatenated messages are not included).
  • Total SMS, which is all SMS sent, also net of errors and including concatenated ones.
