Adding a split step
The Split step randomly divides the flow into two branches with a configurable percentage, allowing you to test different paths.
With this functionality, you can create diversified but parallel paths, identify the winning one, and stop the others.
This allows you to direct contacts through a personalized journey tailored to their specific characteristics and habits, especially one that has proven to be more effective than other alternatives tested.
This step can be inserted at any point in the journey, then continue with different content, actions, timing, pauses, channels, conditions, checks, etc., to determine which option yields the best results.

Select the Split > A/B Test step to proceed.

Enter the Notes field for a brief identifying description of the action and click Apply.
Two steps are required to configure the A/B Test.

Click on the branching icon to insert the two steps, e.g., Send mail, and complete them with the desired content. This is the resulting setup:

By default, the conversion rate is set to 50% for version A and 50% for version B.
To modify the percentage, select the A/B Test step and adjust the percentage slider. -
Continue building the flow by adding other steps and/or directly the end steps.
